Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) meets to provide a forum for discussion about the practice.
Your patient participation group needs you!
To make sure our services meet the needs of all, we invite registered patients to join our Patient Participation Group.
How do I join?
Please come to our Patient Participation Group meeting that is regularly held at the surgery (ask at Reception for future dates) - enter via the main door. You can also complete our secure online form
The way forward
The practice is looking towards patients leading the meetings, with the support of the Partners.
The PPG is open for all patients of the surgery to attend and give their input. The surgery would like to emphasise these meetings are not for individual comments as these should be addressed following the Surgery Complaint/Suggestion Protocol.
The Patient Participation Group is designed to:
- develop a partnership with patients
- discover what a range of patients think about services and establish their priorities
- provide a platform to test and modify ideas and plans
